The Greater New Orleans Housing Alliance (GNOHA) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to improve housing for all in New Orleans, Louisiana. Telegraph was hired in October 2021 to design and publish GNOHA’s annual candidate scorecard quickly. The scorecard is widely used across the Orleans Parish as a guide for voters when they cast their ballots. The scorecard was developed to better inform voters of candidates voting record or support of legislation and issues regarding housing and quality of life in the City of New Orleans.
All four of the highest-scoring candidates for City Council won the election.
With the ongoing effects of natural disasters in New Orleans, Telegraph was tasked with developing media that was both effective and flexible, enabling it to reach voters in a time of crisis.
